What is Cross circuit? Cross circuit training is a form of body conditioning with multiple benefits. It increases endurance both in cardio and strength training capacity.
The level on the classes is medium, you do not have to be super fit to join!
Where are the classes held? At Bris treningssenter in Gideonvegen 1. The gym is located in the same building as Moldebadet. Close to Molde stadium and "Seilet".
