SiMolde is arranging workshops during three weeks
Do you want to learn more about different strength exercises? Or have you never touched a weight before? In this introduction we will adapt the exercises to the group to challenge each one of you. Maybe you think CrossFit sounds a bit scary, but have always wanted to try it?

3. CrossFit-inspired strength- and endurance training (week 41)

You need no experience to participate in the workshops. It will be a maximum of 10 spots for better individual follow-up.
